This study was conducted to determine the levels of urea, creatinine, and glucose in the serum of psoriasis patients. The study included a total of 100 blood samples from psoriasis patients, comprising 54 females and 46 males, with ages ranging from 5 to 65 years. The disease diagnosis was confirmed by a dermatology specialist, and the samples were collected at the Dermatology Consultation Department of Yarmouk Teaching Hospital in Baghdad.A comparative analysis was performed with 40 control blood samples obtained from healthy individuals, including 24 females and 16 males, with ages ranging from 5 to 65 years, who did not suffer from any immune-related diseases. The sampling period spanned from December 2022 to August 2023.The levels of glucose and kidney function parameters (urea and creatinine) were measured during this period.
